LJA, Inc. is a phone service provider that needed to upgrade their current high-volume phone system to include several modern features, including a fully integrated IVR system which can accept logins, payments , and complex routing capabilities.

In addition, a cutting-edge web interface would integrate with the IVR in one seamless custom solution. This complex system needed to be completely scalable to allow for subcontracting of sections of the phone system, and even larger scale growth for the future.
